No7 Soft & Soothed Gentle Toner | Review

Hello, so I've been using 'No7's Soft & Soothed Gentle Toner' recently to remove my makeup in the evening. And I thought I'd share my thought on it with you. As you may or may not know I love No7 products and own a lot of their makeup and when out looking for a new makeup remover, this caught my eye and I thought I'd give it a go.

First of all the main reason why I picked this product was the packaging, (IT'S PINK!) the bottle itself is very girly and feminine and have to say it does stand out in my bathroom, sitting next to mainly either clear or blue products.

This product is a gentle toner, and I have to say the word gentle is very important to me when buying skincare products as I find a lot of products I use that I may not have used before to react badly with my skin, as its quite sensitive. And when I first used this product it did break me out, whether it was the product, or that time of the month, or another product. But I stopped using this and left it at the back of my cupboard. But the other day when going to my dad's I forgot a cleanser and thought I'd give this another go. Turns out it is an amazing product and it doesn't react with my skin any more.

I apply this product to my face with a full face of make up on. For my skin I pour this on a large cotton pad. And wipe it all over my skin until no more makeup is coming off onto the pad. For removing my eye makeup. I tip a very small amount of this onto my finger tips and in a circular motion gently rub the product around my eyes. This product doesn't sting when being near your eyes, which is another great plus. As I have used cleansers which do react with my eyes in the past.

This product does state on the back of the bottle fragrance free, which I don't find it is, is smells lovely but its not fragrance free. Soft & Soothed gentle toner is also hypo-allergenic, meaning its kind to even the most sensitive of skins.

I have also found that my skin has been feeling a lot more hydrated than it normally would this time of the year, and I think this product has helped with that as it states that it refreshes, comforts and hydrates.

You can purchase this bottle at Boots for £8 which some may say is slightly pricey for a makeup remover but I love this product and found its most definitely worth the money. Also this is the price for a 200ml bottle so it does last you a while. I will most definitely be re-purchasing this product and I think it'll be my staple cleanser for a while.

Autumn/Fall Makeup look | FOTD

Hello! Here is a quick makeup look that I wore today.  I thought it looked quite Autumnal and so decided I would share it with you.  Hope you like it!

All of my face make up is just the same as it is everyday,
which is explained in my 'FOTD | Daily Makeup' post.

As you can see it's a pretty neutral eye look, I've used a few different shades of brown and a mossy green colour to add a tiny bit of color.  The colors I have used are:
'40 Khaki' by No7 (Just above my crease)
'Mineral Earth' (In my crease) and 'Regal' (In my outer corner) from the sleek palette 'Au Naturel' I definitely recommend this palette it's one of my favourites.
A goldy shade from an old Elizabeth Arden Palette (On my lid)
Mossy green shades especially suit Hazel and Green eyes, dark purple also looks nice!

On my lips I am wearing a purple toned lipstick.  It is the same as the one I have mentioned in 'My top 5 drugstore productspost.  Its a lovely colour and perfect for the Fall/Autumn, as I have said in my past post - it's also a great formula and goes on the lips smoothly.  The pigmentation is perfect, it's not too heavy on the purple which I like because I don't think I could wear a full on purple lip.

Thank you for reading, I hope you like this look!

What are your favourite eyeshadows for Fall/Autumn?

Night Time Routine + Products I Use

Hello! Here is my everyday night time routine and the products I use.

1. First I will have a shower and wash my hair.
I like to wash my hair at night because I don't have time in the morning and I have very thick hair so I have the evening for it to dry.
To wash my hair I use TRESemmé luxurious moisture shampoo and for conditioner I use the TRESemmé luxurious conditioner, however once a week (today being that day) I use the TRESemmé Thermal recovery conditioning mask. I shampoo my hair twice because there's a lot of it!
For my body I use Soap and Glory's 'Clean, Girls' body was and for my face I use Garnier Pure Active 3 in 1.
The face scrub can also be used as a mask, I definitely recommend this if you get dry skin as it scrubs nicely.
I recommend all of these products.

Looking fabby in the shower!

2. Once I have put the conditioning mask on my hair I will get out of the shower and chill for around 20-30 minutes with the mask in my hair.
If you have heat damaged ends, I definitely recommend this mask, you can use it once a week or more depending on how much condition you need but it works really well.  I could tell the difference after just one wash!
I then get back in the shower and rinse all of the mask off, it makes my hair sooo soft.  I will then towel dry my hair to stop it from dripping.

4. I will then take off any excess eye makeup that I wasn't able to get off in the shower, usually there isn't much so I will just use a toner.  I use Simple soothing toner (which is lovely)
I will then moisturise my face with my Superdrug night cream. This cream is actually really good quality for the price (which is around £2) and is definitely very moisturizing.  I also use the day version of this cream and they work great together.
Then I put on my Clean & Clear spot gel on any blemishes, and my Jean Paul Gaultier lip balm (which is actually for men but works great!)

 5. Then I will moisturize my body.  At the moment I am using Jean Paul Gaultier 'Classique' moisturizer but I like to mix it up and I will often change my moisturizer.  I love the smell of this one though.  I will usually moisturise my legs, arms and just random other bits really, but sometimes I get a bit lazy and just do my legs.

6. Next is my pajamas! Usually I get quite hot in bed (even in the Winter) so I will normally just wear a Tshirt and some shorts.  Any will do, if I get chilly I can chuck on a dressing gown or onesie ;)

7. After munching on any snacks that I may want before bed (usually chocolate) I will brush my teeth! I always change which toothpaste I use depending what is on offer really, toothpaste has never really shown any difference (e.g. whitening) on my teeth so I don't bother with them most of the time.

8. If my hair is still wet by the time I am going to bed, I will give it a dry with the hairdryer.  Normally I don't dry it completely because I have a lot of hair and it takes ages!

9. Now I just chill on my laptop, watch youtube videos, listen to music, surfff the web! And when I get tired...

 I go to sleep!

Sorry that was so long! I hope you enjoyed it though, hope you liked my very attractive photos ;)
