Daily Makeup & Brush Review

Real Techniques Brush Review | Expert Face Brush

I purchased this brush in boots a few months ago after hearing it being so raved about by so many beauty gurus on YouTube. These range of brushes are made by a YouTube beauty guru called Samantha Chapman, (you can find her channel here: http://www.youtube.com/user/pixiwoo).

I tried it out using foundation and loved how it made the foundation look on my face, with this brush your really able to buff product into your skin, and you can build up coverage easily with it too. The brush feels very gentle on your skin and its one of those brushes you just want to rub against your face for ages because they feel so soft. 

Because I don't wear foundation often i also use this brush to blend in my concealer, (even though that's not what its designed for), and because concealer and foundation have similar consistency's it works really well well for blending into the skin.

 I  use this brush everyday now to blend in my concealer and would highly recommend it, these brushes aren't overly pricey for the results they bring. Its currently on sale for £10 in Boots, which compared to a Mac brush isn't expensive at all. 

The packaging this brush came in was just an average packaging but i loved how it was transparent so you were able to see the brush itself, this gave me an idea of the size and weight of the brush.

For the product itself, this is my favorite foundation brush I've ever use on my skin, I love how easily it blends foundation or concealer into my skin, and it leaves the product on my skin feeling light weight but keeps a high amount of coverage.

1. I am 16 and was born on the 22nd April 1997
2. I have a brother called Kieran who is 15 and a sister called Summer who is 11
3. I am a quarter Irish and the rest of me is all English
4. I basically got kicked out of girl guides a couple years ago
5. I'm currently doing my A levels and I'm studying Media, Graphics and English Lang/lit
6. I live in Surrey, England
7. I watch a film almost every day
8. I'm not a big fan of bread (unless its pizza or toast)
9. People keep asking me what I want to do when I am older but I really don't know
10. I lose something at least once a day and it's getting pretty annoying
11. I don't really have any common sense - even my teachers tell me that
12. I think i may be addicted to shopping, which is pretty annoying when you have no money
13. Also addicted to pool and end up playing that with Sarah instead of studying whoops
14. I'm pretty good at athletics like sprint and long jump
15. I sing all the time and I'm surprised i still have a voice to be honest.

1. I am 16 and was born on the 11th of July 1997.
2.  I have a twin sister called Hannah but we look nothing alike, as well as a younger brother and sister
3. I've loved every fruit I've ever tried but would still rather eat biscuits 
4. I'm currently studying for my a levels at sixth form, I'm studying media, film and graphics
5. I have no clue what I want to be when I'm older 
6. I am quarter Italian, quarter Austrian and half English
7. I'm an incredibly fussy eater
8. my spelling is terrible and I don't know where I'd be without spell check or a dictionary 
9. I'm always the ditsy one in a group because I ask very unnecessary questions

40. My first crush was when i was 5 on holiday in Dubai i met a boy called Nathan in the pool and we'd play a game where he'd throw is hat and we'd have to race by swimming to try and get it first, i then got a wishing jar (that i still have) and the wish i wrote was to see him again
41. I love 'kids food' smiley faces/chicken nuggets etc. and still eat them today.
42. I hate mazes at theme parks and refuse to go in them ever since i went in one at Halloween and almost cried
